We are a private practice Physiotherapy service that provides care to both the residents of the Karingal Green Aged Care Facility as well as being open to all members of the public.
We offer a wide range of services including Physiotherapy consultations, massage therapy, pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, gym and Pilates classes, hydrotherapy classes and neurological rehabilitation.

Meet the team
Sharon Kroon
Practice Manager
Sharon is proud to be working alongside our state-of-the-art physios, massage therapist and therapy assistants. Sharon prides herself on her social skills and enjoys interacting and welcoming clients into the Wellness Centre each day.
Sharons background is administration and customer service. Having spent the last decade in Aged Care, Sharon enjoys meeting new residents and community members to assist them into the transition to care as well as to the service we provide at the Wellness Centre.
Sharon works across both the Karingal Green Wellness Centre and Karingal Green Home Care services. This has been an interesting and exciting new venture for Sharon.
Fiona Patten
Clinical Lead Physiotherapist
Fiona graduated from Curtin University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Since this time she has worked across the public hospital sector and private sectors both overseas and in Australia.
She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, post surgical rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation with special interest in the fields of Parkinson’s, stroke rehabilitation, MS and acquired Brain Injury. Fiona has a special interest in rehabilitation and Pilates and completed her certification in Clinical Pilates with Polestar and Dance Medicine Australia in 2003.
Stacey Zitman
Senior Physiotherapist
Stacey graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Curtin University in 2013. Initially Stacey worked in the residential aged care sector, before moving into community services to enable older adults to maximise their independence at home, and assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals. She is experienced in providing a range of treatment techniques to assist in falls prevention, chronic disease management and both orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Stacey lives locally with her young family, and enjoys spending her weekends outside or staying active in the garden, on walks or at local cafés.
Alice Nguyen
Therapy Assistant / Physiotherapist
Alice works as a Therapy Assistant for the Wellness Centre, having recently graduated as a qualified Physiotherapist, Alice is now working both on reception to meet and greet you on arrival as well as assisting in the gym, pool and with new incoming clients.
Alice has a passion for building relationships with her clients to help make them feel as comfortable as possible and ensure the best service.
Alice enjoys working on her fitness, grabbing a coffee with friends and challenging herself to complete her own fitness goals.
